キャラウェイからのXプロトアイアンが、到着する予定だったのですが、残念ながらアイアンの変わりに納期変更の詫び状がキャラウェイゴルフから発表されました。フェアウェイゴルフでX-Protoアンアンを予約して頂いているゴルファーの皆さん。。この場をお借りいたしましてお詫び申し上げます。
キャラウェイ本社から未だ１セットも発送されなかったのが現実となりました。
最近毎日のように再三にわたり納期を問い合わせまして納期をつめる努力をしてまいりましたが、本日正式な通知がCallaway Golfから詫状が届いておりますのでお知らせ申し上げます。
現在、キャラウェイゴルフの材料を供給する業者からの納期が遅れている為、キャラウェイゴルフからの納期が3週間〜5週間ほど遅れるとの内容です。
沢山のお客様からのご注文を頂いており、皆様、ゴルフシーズンの到来にも拘らず今か今かとご辛抱して頂いております。
発表によりますと、キャロウェイゴルフでは注文の順で発送を行うことになっておりますので、フェアウェイゴルフでの注文は
初日から出荷されることになっておりますので、是非ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

With the 2008 golf season upon us, it has been a very busy Spring for Callaway Golf. We’ve launched some new and exciting products to date, including our Hyper X driver, X fairway woods, Squareway woods, FT fairway woods, FT hybrid, FT i-brid irons, FT irons, Big Bertha irons, Odyssey Sabertooth putter, Odyssey White Hot Tour putter, Tour ix golf balls, and, of course, our Tour Authentic line. Coupled with a multi-faceted marketing campaign, we expect to create a tremendous amount of excitement for these products in the marketplace.
Although a large number of new products create much buzz and excitement with our customer base, it can also cause some delivery challenges if anything goes wrong during the course of product development. Unfortunately, we have to face this challenge with our new Tour Authentic line of golf equipment, which includes the X-Prototype iron. Due to an unforeseen delay with our supplier, the X-Prototype iron has been delayed three to five weeks from its original launch date of April 15, 2008. I have made our Custom Build Department aware of your account’s demand for this product, so we’re working as fast as possible to build your orders. We will prioritize the orders with a First In/First Out order completion strategy. Therefore, you should see orders begin to arrive, depending when they were ordered, between this five-week window.
I apologize for this delay and hope the popularity of this unique product will overcome this unforeseen challenge.
